For month-to-month subscriptions:
If you are subscribed on a month-to-month basis, you have the freedom to cancel at any time. To do so, follow these simple steps:
- Visit your account page at https://checkout.indiestitch.com/account/auth/login.
- Click on "Manage" under your active subscription and then select "Cancel."
For 6- or 12-month commitment plans:
If you have a 6- or 12-month commitment plan, you can set your subscription to cancel at the end of your commitment plan at any time. Here's how:
- Go to https://checkout.indiestitch.com/account/auth/login.
- Click on "Manage" under your active subscription and then choose "Cancel."
- You will receive a notification informing you about the number of remaining shipments on your commitment plan.
- Your subscription will continue until the commitment period ends, and it will automatically cancel at that time.
For prepaid 6- or 12-month plans:
If you have a prepaid 6- or 12-month plan, you can cancel your subscription whenever you wish. Follow these steps:
- Visit https://checkout.indiestitch.com/account/auth/login.
- Click on "Manage" under your active subscription and then select "Cancel."
- You will receive the remaining shipments as scheduled, and your subscription will automatically cancel at the end of the subscription term.
Early Cancellation Fee for Commitment Plans:
If you are on a 6- or 12-month commitment plan and need to cancel early due to extenuating circumstances, please note that an early cancellation fee will be applied. This fee is equal to all discounts you received when signing up for the commitment compared to a month-to-month plan. This cannot be done in the account area.
