We ship IndieStitch between the 1st and 4th of each month via USPS Priority Mail. Shipments usually arrive between 2 and 5 business days. During times of increased shipping (like during the holidays), there may be a delay in the shipment of your boxes.
After USPS picks up your package, we do not have control over how quickly it gets to you.
You can track your package using the tracking number that was emailed to you in your shipment confirmation email.
US Subscribers:
If your package still hasn't arrived within 14 days, contact us at support@indiestitch.com, and we will send you a new package and start the lost package claim with USPS.
Canada Subscribers:
USPS will transfer your package to Canada Post after going through customs.
Orders have an estimated 7 to 30+ business days for delivery, although IndieStitch cannot guarantee a time frame for any processing delays that may arise through international post offices.
IndieStitch is not responsible for any applicable governmental taxes/customs fees for international shipments that may arise.
If your package has not arrived within 30 days, contact us at support@indiestitch.com, and we will start the missing/lost package process and discuss a replacement or refund on your shipment.
